Will I always
have the same pet sitter?
Yes, Right now there is only
two of us. We both come out on the intial consultation to meet you and
your pets. We will be the only two caring for your animals.
What happens if my pet becomes injured or ill?
We will discuss with you at the initial consultation how you want us to handle emergencies. We will either take your pet to the nearest animal hospital or your own vet per your instructions. We will then contact you or your emergency contact person so you are aware what is going on. We will remain with your pet until you are reached and we are told how you would like us to proceed.
How are gratuities handled?
Gratuity is graciously accepted. You can either give it directly to your pet sitter or you can include a gratuity with your payment for pet sitting services and the full gratuity will be given to your pet sitter.
What happens when I get back from my trip.
Please make sure to call us (no matter what time it is) and leave us a message that you have returned. If we do not hear from you we continue to come out and care for your animal. You will be charged for these visits even if you are at home.
What happens if my pet sitter has an emergency while caring for our pets?
There will be someone available and trained to take over the care of your animals.
